Pilot program, Q4 2026

Booth Proof

Your exhibitors on camera, on your show floor, saying why they came and why they would come back.

Send me your show

Your best booth salespeople are this year's happy exhibitors. Booth Proof puts them on camera so you can use their words to sell next year's floor.

We are running three pilot shows in Q4 2026. The $10,000 fee is waived. You cover travel, and you tell us honestly how it went.

The product

What Booth Proof is

Michael and Trisha Harward come to your show. Trisha interviews your exhibitors at their booths, at times they sign up for. We also roam the hall during show hours to get candid video. Michael records on a phone and tripod and trims each video the same day.

The questions are written to sell booths: why they came, who they met, and what they would tell a company deciding whether to exhibit next year.

What this means for you

You leave your show with up to 30 exhibitor testimonials, ready for your renewal emails, your prospectus, and your social channels.

What it costs

The pilot offer

Travel: two flights, one hotel room, two per diemsBilled at expense
Your costTravel only

Travel within the continental US typically runs $2,000 to $3,000. You get an estimate before you commit. If you want the files on a solid-state drive at the show, the drive is $150 and yours to keep.

Why the fee is waived

Booth Proof is new. We need three shows we can point to and three planners willing to say how it went. That is the trade. After the pilot, Booth Proof is sold at full price.

Who can apply

Is your show a fit?

  • A Q4 2026 show. October through December.
  • 100 to 300 booths.
  • An exhibit floor with open hours. At least 4 hours a day when exhibitors are in their booths and free to talk.
  • In the continental United States.
  • You sell the booths. The applicant is the planner or the exhibit sales lead.
  • Exhibitor rebooking opens within 90 days of the show. That is when the videos go to work.

Your side of the trade

What we ask in return

  1. A planner testimonial, on site. A short video with you on the last show day.
  2. Exhibitor scheduling. You send the invitation to your exhibitors and help fill 10 interview times per show day. We supply the wording and the sign-up link. We also roam the hall during show hours to get candid video.
  3. Floor access. Two badges and one contact on site.
  4. Permission to share. We may use your show name and the videos in our own marketing.
  5. A follow-up call. Thirty minutes, about two weeks after the show, to hear how you are using the videos.

Plain answers

Good to know

  • How it is shot. On a phone on a tripod, with wireless microphones. The videos are trimmed, not produced. No captions, graphics, music, or highlight reel.
  • Releases. Each person interviewed gives a recorded release before we roll.
  • How this relates to our AV work. Your AV Department's AV sourcing service costs planners nothing because we are compensated on the supplier side. Booth Proof is a separate service. In the pilot it is free because we are trading it for your feedback, and for no other reason.

Apply by October 16
