Easy Pizza Sliders Recipe (Pepperoni & Sausage) (1)

Today I’m sharing a recipe that’s a real crowd-pleaser in our house – Pizza Sliders!

Jeremy and Lily (my recipe testers) are absolutely nuts about these. Lily’s little hands can’t get enough of them, and Jeremy says it’s like eating mini garlic bread pizzas – and who wouldn’t love that?

The combination of melty cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic butter brushed on top of the rolls creates an irresistible aroma that fills the kitchen.

Using both mozzarella cheese and provolone gives these sliders a beautiful melty texture and a rich, cheesy flavor. And the pepperoni slices – oh, they add just the right amount of spice and meatiness.

The process is straightforward – layer your ingredients on the bottom bun, top them with the tops of the rolls, and then brush with the delicious butter mixture. I always use a baking dish that’s just the right size to fit all the sliders snugly, so each one gets evenly baked.

For those busy nights, this foolproof recipe is a lifesaver and a crowd favorite. It’s a quick weeknight meal that doesn’t sacrifice flavor.

And if you have any leftover Pizza Sliders, they’re perfect for a warm oven reheat the next day. Trust me, they taste just as good!
