I am so delighted to announce the launch of Pennington Real Estate Partners (PREP) and welcome Taylor Coe and Alex Rongione as Managing Directors to lead this effort for us with an emphasis on private real estate credit, Opportunity Zone investing, and investing in cash flowing real estate opportunities. Rodd and I founded Pennington Partners & Co. a little less than 8 years ago with a passion for learning and helping successful entrepreneurs.Fast forward, our mission is more clear than it has ever been in elevating the lives of highly successful entrepreneurial founders and their families. With the majority of our families having built and exited one or multiple companies including our own families, generating tax-efficient income is a critical pillar of our overall approach to amplifying what our families will achieve next, and a sophisticated real estate platform is a key tool in achieving that goal.
