Very good, no pressure on time, very flexible teacher focused on teaching

Excellent, communication is very easy and professional with administration.In terms of course content, I think it can/should be tailored more to the needs of students and focus more on practicing, train students to have simple conversations in dutch, to be able to read and understand most common type texts in dutch, etc. Too much time spent on grammar which I believe is not the purpose of the audience.Thank you!

Generally speaking, all good but sometimes is too tired to have classes that long.

The course was enjoyable

Stepping stone 2 built on prior knowledge from Stepping Stone 1 giving us more opportunities to practice speaking. I enjoyed the “small” class size of 6 students. I enjoyed the interactive activities via Kahoot for example. I would prefer 2x 5 minute breaks rather than a longer 10minute break but that is a personal preference.Thank you for the course! Looking forward to stepping stone 3 in the future.

Very good Dutch lesson, very efficient

Few feedback/proposition for next time:-use kahoot every week to check the vocabulary-propose easy book with basic vocabulary of everyday life with images-listening to songs as exercises is a bit tough due to the music background, but I loved discovering new Dutch artists!

Great! Stepping Stone II Nederlands

Our teacher was so kind and patient with us and explained everything well, I felt very welcomed and appreciate her work. I ended the course with much more knowledge and understanding. Would definitely recommend and will go to the next course!

I had a lot of fun and learned a lot of useful vocabulary and speaking practice.

The Starterpack course has helped me to build a good foundation for learning Dutch!

Overall very pleased with the course. The handout pack nicely complements the textbook for the course. Our teacher was very experienced in teaching and patiently explained the basics of Dutch to us, making sure that we understood concepts before moving on. The interaction with other students in the class through role playing and other exercises helped to further cement all the new topics we were taught.

Helped me to finally learn dutch

Good experience with the tailor-made course. I have really seen progress!

I like that the teacher has a lot of experience with one of one lessons and that we discuss interesting topics every lesson. I have seen a lot of progress with the tailored course o I could highly recommend!

The method is not focused enough on practical Dutch speaking

The teacher was amazing, however the method was not helpful, every day i had to learn a new grammar and only one lesson to go over it, thats not enough! I wish the focus would be on speaking and learning more new words. It was too much material condensed in 2 weeks, not sure if i actually had much of the material sink in...

Good, basic introduction to the Dutch language.

The course is a robust introduction to basic grammar and vocabulary.This course is perhaps more academically weighted than for those who want to master more conversational, every day Dutch which isn't as well articulated in the marketing.Maarten is an excellent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher.

Had fun but also learnt a lot

I had a nice time here and learnt a lot. I think the intensive courses are very suitable for people who have the summer free, like students. Our teacher was really patient and explained every little thing in a detailed way which facilliated the learning process. I would love to continue learning here.
